Short Description:

TB type plate chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical delivery of powder, small particles and small block dry state material continuous mechanical equipment. This series of equipment has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable operation, easy installation and maintenance. High lifting height, good sealing performance, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical, mining, building materials, food and other industries. This product has the following characteristics:
1. The plate sleeve roller chain is used as the traction component, and the material is discharged by gravity. It is suitable for medium and large block grinding cutting materials with loose density ρ < 2T /m3. The temperature of the material to be transported shall not exceed 250℃. The lifting height is about 5~50m, and the conveying capacity is 20-563m3/h.
2. Wide range of lifting, not only can improve the general powder, granular and block materials, but also can improve the grinding of large cut materials.
3. Low driving power, low energy consumption and energy saving. The energy consumption of lifting materials of the same height is about 1/2~1/3 of that of the ring chain hoist.
4. The whole machine adopts fully sealed design, no particle pollution during operation.
5. The machine has good rigidity, high precision and beautiful appearance.
