DJ large inclination belt conveyor

DJ large inclination belt conveyor is a kind of new continuous conveyor equipment, with large conveying capacity (conveying capacity is increased 1.5~2 times compared with other conveyors);

strong generality (basic parts are the same with those of universal belt conveyor), wide range of application (applicable to conveying of materials with lumpiness of not more than 550mm including gravel, limestone, coal, sand clay, sintering sandy silt, wood flour, food, etc.) It is used in underground mining, underground construction works, open-pit mining, large automatic ship unloader, etc.

The most prominent characteristics of large inclination belt conveyor is to replace common belt conveyor with belt conveyor with corrugated sidewall. Its working principle and structure composition are the same with those of universal belt conveyor. Therefore, its transmission drum, dragging roller, tension device, intermediate machine, outrigger of intermediate frame, tailstock, discharge hopper, head shield, nonloaded cleanser, protection equipment, etc. can share with corresponding parts of universal belt conveyor.

Main usage

1. The large inclination belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveyor equipment for general-purpose bulk material, which adopts the conveyor with corrugated sidewall and diaphragm plate. So it is especially suitable for large inclination conveying.
2. It can be used in industries such as coal, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, food, port, ship, etc., and convey various bulk materials with bulk specific weight of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within scope of -15℃--+40℃ of working environment humidity.
3. The large inclination belt conveyor can set arbitrary long horizontal conveying section at unit head and unit tail for connection with other conveying equipment.  
4.The conveying angle of belt conveyor with sidewall is 0°-90°.
