Short Description:

The buried scraper conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment that continuously transports loose materials with the help of moving scraper chain in a closed rectangular section shell. The buried scraper conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, strong sealing and convenient installation and maintenance. It can not only horizontal transport, but also tilt or vertical transport, multi-point feeding, multi-point discharge, flexible process layout, fully closed transport does not pollute the environment. When overload occurs, the anti-impact relay cuts off the power immediately to protect the whole machine.
My factory research large-grained “new” buried scraper conveyor, external size is the same as normal, technical performance is not lower than normal, but the conveyed material particle size can be up to 4 ~ 6 times that of the normal (see table), the main features of which is not easily jammed the multi degree of freedom ring chain, with large lateral clearance of high-strength scraper, so as to realize the reliable transmission of the large particle materials.
